Management of the Village Hall

The day to day running of the Village Hall is carried out by a Management Committee, consisting of volunteers who are elected annually. The main hirers and users are requested to provide a member from their organisation to serve on the Committee. There is a Caretaker and a Letting Agent who have specific responsibilities.

The Committee usually meets on a bi-monthly basis to manage the affairs and deal with matters as they arise. Minutes of the meeting are produced and issued to members.

Re-election of the Committee is carried out at the Annual General Meeting, which is held in December
