IMPORTANT: When confirming, please include an invoice address for billing purposes. A deposit is required on bookings - please read the letting rates and Schedule of Standard Conditions of Hire for Southill Parish Hall and Schedule of Special Conditions of Hire for Southill Parish Hail before confirming. These are available from the Letting Agent.
New alcohol and entertainment licensing laws
Please note that under the new licensing laws, which came into force in 2005, a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is required for all bookings where alcohol will be sold or public entertainment is offered. Only 12 licences will be approved by Mid-Beds District Council for the hall each year, on a first come first served basis.
